We are pleased to make available our CPF Pack of guidance to help Associations to establish, re-launch or strengthen CPF Groups. The Pack explains the purpose of the CPF and how it operates, and includes forms for registering individuals, groups, events and attendance.
In order that we can improve future versions of the document, do let us know if you have any feedback or still have any questions about the running of groups. To maximise accessibility, the Pack is available in both PDF and Word format.
Please note that the individual registration form can be completed online via our Join page. Also, in order to help us understand which existing groups are still operating and who is now responsible for them, it would be helpful if all groups could please send us the details requested on the group registration form.
