Our Policy Consultations are one of the key ways you can shape party policy
Each year, the CPF runs a programme of policy consultations and linked discussions in partnership with the Shadow Cabinet.
Nine topics are set based on key political priorities; members contribute ideas; feedback is gathered and refined; and final proposals are submitted to the Shadow Cabinet.
Additionally, we also run one-off events on key topical matters.
Recent consultations in 2026 have included:
- Transport, Growth and Delivery - reporting to Richard Holden MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Transport;
- Britain's Housing Challenge - reporting to Sir James Cleverly MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Housing;
- Britain's Skills Advantage - reporting to Shadow Schools Minister, Saqib Bhatti MBE MP
