Conservative Party members and supporters are welcome to join their local CPF groups.
Most local CPF groups are also open to non-party members, though each group has their own policies about whether non-members can join their meetings. If you are not a Conservative Party member, you can contact your local Conservative Association to find out what their policy is and whether you can attend the local group.

At a local CPF group, you can:
- Find and join a local discussion group
- Take part in regular policy conversations
- Connect with other members locally, combining social occasions with friendly and informed policy discussions.
- Submit a consultation as an association to a CPF national consultation paper or current topic.
