The Conservative Policy Forum (CPF) operates across 12 regions of the United Kingdom. Each region is supported by a CPF Regional Leader, responsible for developing local CPF groups, coordinating regional conferences and events, and encouraging members to contribute ideas to the Party’s policymaking process. Regional Leaders work closely with CPF Area Leaders and CPF Leaders at association/federation level to organise activity and strengthen engagement.

CPF Area Leaders
CPF Area Leaders support Regional Leaders and CPF Leaders within associations/federations. Their responsibilities include:
- Coordinating CPF events and conferences at Area and local association level
- Working with associations to host CPF discussions
- Inviting Shadow Ministers, MPs and Policy Advisers to participate in CPF events
CPF Leaders (Association/Federation Level)
CPF Leaders run policy discussions within their local association or federation, focusing on the current CPF consultation papers. They:
- Facilitate member discussions on policy topics
- Submit consultation responses representing their association’s views
- Contribute directly to the Party’s policy development, with Shadow Ministers, MPs and Policy Advisers actively reviewing submissions
A strong, active CPF group is an excellent way for associations to attract, engage, and grow their membership.
