Gloucester CPF

Last week, Hannah David was invited to attend a meeting of six Conservative associations within Gloucester. The meeting was well attended with representatives from most of the participating associations in the region.

Hannah explained the importance of using the CPF to ensure all Party members have their voices heard - particularly in influencing policy post Brexit. The discussion that followed raised several interesting observations, such as including a request that an additional comment page be included on the discussion response forms to enable other issues related to the topic to be raised by members. One member also highlighted the importance of ensuring that we reach out to sectors of our community, such as farming communities, for them to input and raise relevant issues. The issues raised and discussed will be included in the agenda of the next Board meeting of the CPF.

The CPF would like to thank the participants for their ideas and the organiser, Roger Fox for arranging the event.
