The national CPF team was delighted to be involved in the Yorkshire and Humberside CPF conference held last week in Leeds.
Both the National Director, Hannah David and National Treasurer, David Parkinson attended this conference, together with delegates from across the region - and in some cases, from around the UK. Together with the Regional Coordinator, Mike Payne, Hannah opened the conference and the agenda that followed included talks from Minister without Portfolio Robert Halfon and Secretary of State for Education and Minister for Women and Equalities Nicky Morgan.
The day involved a whole range of events such as a Speakers Corner and various panel discussions, together with several opportunities for members to discuss the issues raised during lunch and drinks in the bar afterwards!
