Hannah David was delighted to visit King’s College London this week to talk to their Conservative Society. This year Hannah is particularly focusing on encouraging young people to get involved in policy discussions. Hannah highlighted how students can help set the political agenda by being involved with the Conservative Policy Forum.
Hannah also explained how members of the CPF play an invaluable role in campaigning, using their knowledge and expertise of policy to engage and persuade potential voters on the doorstep.
Nathan Johnson-Paul, a member of the BackZac2016 Campaign who is responsible for the volunteer management and recruitment, accompanied Hannah on the visit.
Nathan spoke about Zac Goldsmith’s Action Plan for Greater London and encouraged the students to sign up and get involved.
Zac will start fixing London's housing crisis, improve the capacity and reliability of London's transport system, improve London's living environment and make London's streets safer.
