Hannah David attended the second meeting of the St Alban’s Policy Forum last week.
Following Hannah’s speech on plan’s for the CPF under the new chairman, a discussion took place on “Democracy in Planning”, a debate chosen by the organiser. Hannah gave a brief outline on the new legislation (the Housing and Planning Act and the Neighbourhood Planning Bill) which was followed by a discussion on intervention within Housing markets to deliver housing, and member concerns following the rejection of St Albans local strategic plan, which happened earlier that day.
