Guest Speaker: The Rt. Hon. Robert Halfon MP for Harlow, Minister of State for Higher Education, Skills, Apprenticeships and Careers in the Department of Education.
Robert was elected to Parliament in 2010 and served as Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party from 2015-2016.
