Last week, the CPF Voluntary Director, Hannah David was invited to speak at the Conservative Women’s Organisation London region AGM about the future plans and direction of the CPF. The questions that followed raised important issues about how we can work together to get more women involved within the Party and in politics in general. Suggestions ranged from joint working/events to the setting up of a CWO Policy Forum that could examine issues of specific interest to women (including barriers to getting involved in politics).
The CPF would like to thank Claire Offord and Sophie Stratton for inviting the CPF to attend and are very much looking forward to working with the CWO in the future.
