Conservative Values in Policy-Making

In 2017-18, more than 1,200 CPF members and about 4,000 wider Party members helped us to identify the common set of values that define who we are and inspire our policies. As we rebuild following the 2024 general election, we asked what Members thought of these values and how we might better embed them in all aspects of the Party and its activities.

Conservative Values 2024

In September 2024, more than 5,500 Members from at least 584 constituencies, including 26 of the 75 in Scotland and Northern Ireland, responded to our Party-wide survey on what distinguishes us as Conservatives.
